Reservation & Cancellation Policy
To respect our clinicians’ professional time and the time of other clients, we kindly request a minimum of 24-hour notice for cancellations or appointment rescheduling. To secure your appointment, we require a credit card at the time of booking. If you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours' notice, a flat fee of $50 will be charged. Please note that consultations are complimentary, but a credit card is required for booking, and a $50 fee will be charged for cancellations made with less than 24-hour notice.
Late Policy
In consideration of all our valued clients, we cannot guarantee your appointment if you are more than 10 minutes late. If you're running behind schedule, please call us as soon as possible so that we can make every effort to accommodate you.
Rushing to an appointment doesn't contribute to an enjoyable experience. To make the most of your visit at Arrive Health and Wellness, we recommend arriving at least 15 minutes before your appointment. Our scheduling is thoughtfully designed to ensure you receive the full benefits of your scheduled time with our providers. If you are running late, we will do our best to accommodate you, although we cannot guarantee the full duration of the service.
For Mobile Visits, we ask that you are present at the designated location at the time of the scheduled visit. If you are are not present, we will do our best to accommodate you, although we cannot guarantee the service.

Service Guarantee
Your satisfaction is our priority. We take great pride in the quality of services provided at Arrive Health and Wellness. If, for any reason, you are unsatisfied with your service, please inform us within 48 hours, and we will gladly work to ensure your happiness.
For Botox and other neuromodulators, we offer touch-up treatments if you're unsatisfied with the initial results. Please note, we ask that you wait 10 days post-treatment to allow for full effect. However, any requests made after 20 days from the initial appointment will be beyond our touch-up window.
Medical Evaluations:
1. Purpose of Evaluation:
The medical evaluation at Arrive Health and Wellness is designed to assess your health status and determine the most appropriate treatment plan for your needs. This evaluation involves a comprehensive review of your medical history, current health conditions, and relevant symptoms.
2. Non-Guaranteed Approval:
Undergoing a medical evaluation does not guarantee approval for treatment at Arrive Health and Wellness. Approval for any treatment will be based on the results of the evaluation and the professional judgment of our healthcare providers.
3. Non-Refundable Fees:
The fees for the medical evaluation are non-refundable. Payment is required at the time of service, and refunds will not be issued regardless of the evaluation outcome or subsequent approval status for treatment.
4. Confidentiality
All information disclosed during the evaluation will be kept confidential in accordance with our privacy policy and applicable laws. Your health information will be used solely for the purpose of determining your treatment plan.
5.Compliance
By participating in the medical evaluation, you agree to provide accurate and complete information about your health history and current condition. Failure to do so may affect the accuracy of the evaluation and the suitability of the recommended treatment plan.
6. Modifications to Terms
Arrive Health and Wellness reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to you before your evaluation.
By proceeding with the medical evaluation, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
Refund Policy
We do not offer a refunds for services rendered. Please note that we do not accept returns for Nuetracueticals, SkinMedica, or other prescription products, as well as gift cards.
Payments
We accept all major credit cards, including HSA and FSA. Please be aware that all prices are subject to change without prior notice.
